We transformed this dark basement into a great living or entertaining area!
Lighting the way
We removed the ceiling fan to make room for recessed LED lighting throughout the basement and also added two wall sconces on the stairwell on a three-way switch to be controlled from the top or bottom of the steps.

We installed beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring with a seamless transition into the bathroom, where we also did some minor upgrades.

We removed the old paneling, patched and repaired all drywall, and added fresh paint from floor to ceiling.
Updated
Vanity
The vanity was updated while it was removed for the flooring install, and also added a LED Bluetooth speaker bath fan, with color-changing options on a super cool touchscreen switch.
